It being November, I want to shout out some things I’m thankful for. First of all my family and friends. I was fortunate enough to take an extended vacation back to my hometown in Illinois. I got to catch up with lots of people I hadn’t seen in a long time (some before the pandemic!) and it was refreshing being in my old stomping grounds. I even got to take my kids trick-or-treating in the neighborhood I grew up in. Such a great time for reminiscing.
Onto book news!
AT THE THRESHOLD OF THE UNIVERSE just got a 5-star review on Literary Titan!
I am honored by this excellent review, it really seemed to resonate with the reviewer.
“In this new age of sci-fi epics, this trilogy will surely be remembered as one of the greater ones. An excellent novel by a fantastic writer.”
Fantastic praise! Thank you Literary Titan!!
But what’s next?
The idea I mentioned in the previous monthly update has started to come to fruition!
I completed an outline and got writing right away. I’m currently about 18,000 words in and this project is just so fun to dive into. I’d love to say more about it, but I need to wait until the time is right before I reveal more info. For now, all I can say is that it takes place in the Song of Kamaria universe but it’s so loosely connected that readers are not required to read the Song of Kamaria to enjoy this new book. It’s a world-hopping adventure!
I look forward to revealing more as the book develops.
I hope everyone has a great holiday season. Enjoy some time for yourself and make sure to decompress and find some peace.
Cheers everyone!
